Atlanta Boat Show Set to Make Waves January 12
The 2017 Boat Show Season cruises on with the Atlanta Boat Show, taking place January 12, where the latest in luxury motor yachts jet boats, personal watercraft, and new marine technologies and accessories will be on full display.
Featured at this year’s show is Yamaha WaterCraft and their 2017 line of boats and WaveRunner personal watercraft. Yamaha has expanded its personal watercraft lineup to include an all-new entry level EX Series as well as a new reincarnation of the legendary GP racing series, the GP1800. On the boat side, Yamaha will also be introducing a new high-performance 19-foot 195 series along with four new 21-foot boats that includes the 212 Limited line and a new 212X with advanced wakesurf capabilities.
• Celebrate 55 Years with 55 Winners: The first 55 attendees (ages 25 + up) after 5 p.m. can win a FREE half-day Pontoon rental worth $199 on Jan. 12-13 courtesy of Park Marine.
• $5 after 5pm: Also, to celebrate #55, on Thursday and Friday it’s $5 tickets, $5 parking and $5 drinks after 5 p.m.
• James Bond Lotus Esprit Submarine Car: It’s been spotted on Lake Lanier a few times, so don’t miss this replica of James Bond’s iconic Lotus Esprit submarine car from the 1977 Bond film The Spy Who Loved Me (the only Lotus Esprit in the world that can travel on water).
